Internal/Corporate Communications Manager (under HR Director)

The Role

  • Lead the internal communications strategy to ensure effective information flow across departments and teams.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment through clear and impactful communication.
  • Establish the internal communications function as part of the HR strategy.
  • Develop fresh, compelling, and accessible communication channels for all employees.
  • Implement new digital communication tools, including an internal intranet platform.
  • Organize corporate events and social projects to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support communication of company values, strategy, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employer branding and outreach.
  • Develop and adapt corporate designs in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Maintain close cross-functional relationships to stay informed on company initiatives.
  • Create presentations, corporate newsletters, and internal communications content.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers involved in internal communication projects.

Employee Engagement

  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose improvement.
  • Partner with management to communicate survey findings and drive engagement initiatives.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement a localized employer branding strategy in collaboration with marketing.
  • Strengthen employer brand awareness through online and offline campaigns.
  • Create compelling and recognizable content for social media and industry networks.
  • Conduct research to refine employer branding strategy and HR marketing initiatives.
  • Organize participation in industry awards and employer branding competitions


The Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications.
  • Experience in international mid-sized organizations with well-developed internal communication functions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, messaging platforms, and content creation.
  • Experience in developing and executing non-material motivation programs.
  • Skilled in conducting and analyzing employee surveys on engagement, culture, and workplace initiatives.
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent Russian language proficiency, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
